Wallpaper is half of the most important part of your set with floors being the other half. The biggest tip I can give you when creating your own walls in the sims 2 homecrafter is to look at various houses online and see what kind of walls are in real homes. Try looking on google for examples of what kind of set you're making, by that if you're trying to make a victorian home look online for examples of the interior of victorian homes. Remember to keep your walls consistent throughout a house, don't have a victorian theme in one room then switch in the next room to a cartoon theme, unless of course you are shooting the rooms as seperate sets instead of one complete package. The best thing to try when making walls is to use an actual wall-paper website or home depot type website for paint. My favorite site that I use for making wallpapers is: www.lelandswallpaper.com/index.htmThey are continually adding wallpapers and have repeating patterns that are easy to duplicate in any advanced paint program. Good Luck & remember: when trying to make things realistic, look at real-world examples. The more research you do and the more pre-production you do, the easier it will be to put it all together seamlessly. -Beckers.
