First up, I'm crap at making video's, I do enjoy viewing them, at least the good one's.
I do enjoy building lots and stuff thou.
I've joined the furom to build any sets you guys might be looking for.
I'm not 100% sure if there is any demand for this, so I will just see what happens.
Anyway here's a few pics of the type of lots I've built:-
Anyway thats just a small selection that are already available on my web-Page:-

Anyway I will check back here and if you have any request, just place them here and I will see what I can do.
It would probable better to place theme request, example's horror or wild west, there are already 1000s of normal looking house's on the exchange.
If the building is based on a real building, I will need time to research the building and the lot will take a little longer to do.
One thing I'm aware of, some people, don't like using mods, or Cuistom content, if there is any limatation please be specific of what I can and can't use.
One last thing, I have all the EP installed at the moment, but at a little push and a bit of creeping, I'm willing uninstall the EP's to make house's that use less EP's.
That about it really, just please free to request away and I see what I can do.
